1. GENERAL
• Prices are subject to change.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission.2. PAYMENT
• Accepted currencies: PHP and USD.
• Payment methods: GCash, PayPal, VGen, and Artistree.
• Commissions require 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
• Final files will only be delivered after full payment is received.
• Please do not send payment until I confirm your commission slot.3. PROCESS & DELIVERY
• Estimated turnaround time is 3 days–1 month, depending on complexity, workload, and personal circumstances.
• Delays in communication may affect the timeline.
• All artwork is delivered digitally as a high-resolution file. No physical product will be shipped.4. REVISIONS
• Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included during the sketch stage.
• Minor corrections due to artist error are free.
• Major changes or revisions requested after approval may incur an additional fee.5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE5.1 The Artist
• Retains copyright to all commissioned artwork.
• Does not claim ownership of the client's characters or intellectual property.
• May display commissioned artwork in portfolios, galleries, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Commercial rights are available for purchase.5.2 The Client
• May use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• May post the artwork on social media and personal websites with credit.
• Retains ownership of their characters and intellectual property.5.3 Prohibited Uses
• Commercial use without purchasing commercial rights.
• Reselling, redistributing, or profiting from the artwork.
• Editing or altering the artwork without permission.
• Using the artwork for AI training, datasets, machine learning, or similar technologies.
• Using the artwork for NFTs, blockchain projects, or cryptocurrency-related content.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Full refunds are available only before work begins.
• Once work has progressed beyond the sketch stage, refunds are not guaranteed.
• Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.7. CHARGEBACKS (PAYPAL)
• If you have concerns about your commission, please contact me before filing a chargeback.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in blacklisting from future commissions.
• Commission records and correspondence may be provided to the payment platform as evidence if necessary.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
